Changing the rocker cover gasket

My mate got a defect for rocker cover gasket leaking, Picky cops haha. Anyway this is pretty straight forward aye? Remove everything in the way **** a new gasket then do it back up? Has anyone got a guide or something? Cheers

what makes it easier is if he puts a few small dabs in cover then sit the gasket into it. just enough to hold the seal while he is lining it up with the bolts

Drivers side the alternator has to be loosened, passenger side the throttle body has to come off, undo the 3/8 bolts...

Dont over torque the bolts back down, they dont need to be rediculously tight. And as above, put some vaseline inside the channel where the gasket sits. Just make sure you dry any cleaning solvents off before you put the new gasket in otherwise it will stretch.
