Removing/installing vr/vs window moulds

anybody have any links to guides Removing/installing vr/vs window moulds, or could give me a descriptive run down? thanks

do you want to know about exterior moulds?? ive never done it myself but the top one is just screws, the rear quarter windows come out whole and u have to remove the parcel shelf i believe. as for the lower ones theres two screws at either end of the door and u have to take off the mirrors aswell. might help taking off the interior. hope that helps but dont quote me =]
