VR Commodore reverse issue help!

Just wondering if anyone knows anything about my 94 VR, reverse has stopped working, over the last month it would take 15 or 30 secs to select, oil and filter have just been changed, but all 1st through to overdrive is fine, any ideas on whats wrong?

Well its either low reverse friction clutch burnt or the sun shell spline strip or broken, the only you can do is recondition it or get 2nd hand from wreckers.
