vs clubsport speedo playing up

Hi guys, just wondering what this means... my clubby's speedo is playing up.. when i put the key in sometimes... all my dash info resets ( such as how many litres per 100 i use).. then the wiper fluid light and parking light flashes... then the dash info just looks like random rubbish.. then it says " FAIL " then just goes back to normal.

any ideas? thanks

Update, its the winder washer, the fuel light and overspeed light that comes on and flashes, tthen the whole tacho just goes crazy, any ideas? I have a dodgey headunit that came with the car ( sony 7" lcd ones) and it stuffs up a bit i dont kno wif thats causing a wiring fault? and i checked for errors and found 31.
