Wagon rear seat catch.

I'm trying to replace the latch thingy on the back of my rear seat. My manual says to remove the screws and the latch comes out, but on mine I have rivets on both sides. Do all of the VR's have this? or when I get a new one from the wreckers will it have screws if I get a VN, VP or VS one? orrrr is mine just a one off and everyone else have screws? Thanks mate, well I have a shit manual for saying it's got screws lol. Best way to get it out would be to drill out the rivets and could I use bolts to put the new one in as I dont have a rivetgun?

Unless there's a way to replace the black plastic catch and spring by itself? I had a look yesterday and I don't think it's possible, but like most things I'm usually wrong. Ask the missus lol.
