Air Vent Control broken

Hey guys, just want to know what i can do about fixing my vent contol, as it is stuck on feet, and the weather is getting hot, so i would like to be able to change it to the dash vents, etc. Currently the temperature changes fine, and i can adjust the power of the fan, but cannot change the vent it is blowing out of. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!
