I can help with the brake pads part...

    It's just...
    1) jack up and fully choke wheels.
    2) wake a chosen wheel off.
    3) get a 19mm socket and a breaker bar.
    4) look behind the rotor and there should be two bolts that hold the caliper on. It's near the centre axle.
    5) get these two bolts off.
    6) pull caliper off
    7) Remove brake pads (slide to centre of hole then pull)
    8) G clamp the piston that pushes one of the brake pads in.
    9) Tighten G clamp to push the piston in.
    10) put new pads in.
    11) Put back onto rotor and insert bolts.
    12) line bolts up to holes and tighten up
    13) put the wheel back on and everything back together
    14) Put car onto all 4's
    15) get into car and SLOWLY push brake pedal. (This is to ensure you dont wreck the seals in the master cylinder)
    16) repeat for the other 3.

Sorry I couldnt help with the rotors.
Have yet to find that one out.
On Fords, it was just a screw that holds it on.. Commy's are different to the Fords..

The rotors just pull off - but most likely they will have rusted onto the hub. Try applying RP7 to the junction between the hub and the rotor, then with a hammer, gently tap the hub in a downward action while at the same time rotating the rotor to hit it in a different spot. After awhile pull on each side of the rotor in a back and forward action to break the line of rust. Keep applying the RP7. This will eventually enable you to get a rocking action going until the rotor will eventually come off. I found the back rotors came off easily. One of the front ones took nearly an hour.
