!!Alloy radiator any better than stock??

just wondering if i put an alloy radiator in my vr v6 will it keep it cooler than the stock radiator?

isnt the stock rad alloy anyway ? The VS is so I assume the VR is also.

No, i doubt it would help, the cooling is all done by the core. Maybe bigger side tanks would be better but you are much better off fitting a bigger radiator all together

The alloy side tanks are less prone to cracking though, the drivers side side tank always cracks if it is plastics, it's only a matter of time.

most of the alloy radiator with alloy side tanks have much thicker cores up to 3 times thicker so essentially they are more efficeant at cooling

really, i'll add that to my to do list. going to need a killer cooling system.
