changing crank seal

ok so i have to change the crank seal im fairly certain its called. the one behind the harmonic balancer had a quick search and couldn't find anything on it.
how hard is to change and do you have to pull out the the hole crank to change it? could someone explain how to do it in a quick step by step cheers

its just a press in seal. remove the balancer, tap an edge in without damaging the bore pry it out. clean the bore in the timing cover, put light gak on the outside of the new seal. put it on square and tap it on using sum pipe. sorry i couldnt describe it better im just thrashed
