VS Statesman Exhaust!

Hi all,

i've got a series 1 VS staty, the exhaust was modified by the previous owner, it has had 1 muffler removed and a hotdog placed after the muffler.

now i have been given an EPA notice for it being too loud.

my question is this, is there ANY sports exhaust systems out there for my var that will make it sound like a V8 should and still be under the friggin 90 dBA??

no-one seems to be able to answer this question in the marketplace. and i don't want to have to keep chopping and changing the exhaust to keep up with further EPA notices if any!..

You could replace it with a full aftermarket system and when you talk to whoever is doing the exhaust make it clear that it needs to pass EPA noise levels.

If they can't sort you out then go somewhere else.

Is your car a V8? Cause if it isn't, I can answer that question for you.
