    Default Vr V6 kw/Power?

Hey guys, I'm keeping my car for a few more years, decided against a loan / XR6t or something, Decided just to do this up a little bit, I've got a catback 2n a half inch exhaust system, a filter and the simple things, I'm hoping to get a dino tune + a real $500+ chip + extractors.

My cars auto at the moment and i don't have a LOT of cash too go spending on it, But i will be putting money on it whenever possible, What power could i possibly get my vehicle up too?

Could i manage to get it too around 180kw? Maybe more? Less? It's probably around the 130 mark at the moment, And i haven't done the tune, chip, or extractors yet.

What else is there i can do too help my engine get a little more powerful? P.S. No manual please, Not for this car anyway.

A tune, exhaust, extractors, chip and the like are not going to get you 180rwkw out of a V6, either the Ecotec or the Buick. Stock the ecotec runs 147kw at the fly, which is around 115-120rwkw. To get up to the 180rwkw mark your going to have to throw a bit of cash at the car.

mini spool creates greater airflow to the engine which means more oxygen into the engine which adds greater combustion which adds an all around performance.

Josh, a v6 will be very expensive to get to 180rwkw

Yeah i thought it would be a little too expensive, Well I've not heard much about them, But what are these 500 - 600 dollar chips all about? They said they put my car on the dino and get the most out of it ? What possibilities will this chip do?

With all the things i have planned, Could i get it around 145 - 150? Which is quite a lot more than the 120ish I'd be running at now, It's pretty decent now though.

nah, 130rwkw is about all you'll get with bolt on modifications, if you're lucky. i wouldn't waste money on a dyno tune either, just grab one from greenfoam or delcowizzid (once you've done all the bolt ons)

Yep, check that one out. Some awesome work done to it and great power from the 6, but be prepared to spend some cash on it. I know Gilbs has.
