Theres a chance you might have a vacuum leak somewhere. The codes you are getting will set when you get a vacuum leak because the engine management system can't control the idle speed properly.

Do the revs stay the same when A/C is switched on.....also have you checked the IAC valve is clean

You will just have to check all the hoses around the engine to make sure none are dislodged or split.Theres some going to the purge cannister near the radiator ,someone here who actually owns a VR might be able to be more specific as to where they actually are on the VR engine.

The purge cannister collects fumes from the fuel tank, and holds them, then from there it gets sucked into the engine and burnt. Its pollution gear .The hoses that run to and from it, just follow them and check them, especally the ones that go to the engine.

Iac valve is Idle air control valve. It controls the idle speed. It can cause this as well if its dirty or faulty.

Im not sure exactly on the VR,it would nearly have to be around the plenumn inlet/butterfly,where the plastic air intake pipe goes to the motor from the air filter box.It will have an electrical plug connected to it.
It is a round looking thing.Theres two screws that hold it in.One either side

On the VS it's on the throttle body so maybe the VR is similar - I see you replaced the throttle body...was there a reason for this and is the throttle body clean? I've attached a how to for the VR which also includes cleaning the IAC. Good Luck.
