Just bought Stato/Caprice dash, should i change the BCM?

hey guy's just bought a stato/caprice dash, and a level 3 cluster and i want absolutely everhting in the dash to work ie. trip computer, clock and the cluster, without having to re'do some of the wiring and was wondering should i change the BCM, and what else would i need to change to stato/caprice to get all this stuff working right!

not sure maybe need a wiring loom from a level 3 dash car?
and bcm, and i beleive the bcm will need to be codded to the pcm for the car to run?
than the wiring plugs may or may not match up

is it going in a car with non climate control?

I was thinking about putting 1 in my vs berlina which has climate control and level 3 dash.
Wil it bolt straight in? and will i need the dash ends with the vents in them?
Will the dash vents match up to the berlina door trims?

this has all the info needed to get the trip computer side working - no need to change BCM for this only modifying original wiring harness with bits from a level 3 harness
