VS 5lt specs

hey guys,

quick question, just need the horsepower for a standard 304 efi.

need it to compare to what my car is now for insurance purposes and google is sending me on a wild goose chase

about 165kw which is about 225hp

thanks for the reply but it cant be that much as i just got mine dyno'd with exhaust extractors cai and memcal and its at 194hp

maybe i calculated it wrong but it is 165kw i will look for the right conversion to horsepower i thought it was 1.35-1

oh thats 194hp at the rear wheels so your engine is about 300hp

then its 150hp at the wheels for standard EFI 304 you lose about a third thru the drive train.

no worries, sounds good enough, rac will now chrage me more for insurance as they will see a rough 43hp increase as excessive, haha they get you anyway they can

Stock one would be about between 160 and 200 hp at the wheels depending on how good that particular 5 litre is
