VS 5 LTR diff swap

hey guys does the vs stato 5ltr IRS LSD ABS diff have a different ratio to my vs BT1 with the same diff specs.. and just wondering when i put the stato diff in my mechanic mate mentioned that when changing the diffs some bolts need to be thrown out and replaced is this true? because hes not sure.. cheers if this doesnt make sense just ask away!

it should say on the diff what the ratios are, shouldnt need to replace any bolts when changing a diff there all reusable.. some people do like to replace old nut and bolts for new when doing any work on cars tho.
