you cant adjust the timing by hand on a V6 as they use coil packs, its all controlled by the ECU. Isnt there a sticker in V6 engine bays saying timing is not adjustable?

    At idle or while driving?

Backing off only or also under acceleration?

Sharp cut off or stumble first?

    New or used CAS?

Does it restart immediately or have to be let sit or cranked for longer than normal?

Maybe a wiring/connector fault - try a wiggle test; shake the engine wiring at various points to try and trigger the stall.

    PCM or BCM fault.

If there is or has been an aftermarket alarm or immobiliser fitted that would be a good place to look for faults also.

Because it's only on backing off, TPS, speed sensor or dirty throttle body/throttle plate are all possibilities but the replacement throttle body should have covered two of those.

The car is dual fuel, yes? Does it cut out in the same way on both fuels? If only on LPG it will probably be an LPG tune problem.
