Hey can any1 tell me wether to get super lows kings for the bak or ultra lows?? I want the rear guard arch to sit with the top of the tyre! Any information would be awsome thanks speco
Supers will get you to about a finger between the tyre and guard which will drop a little with a full tank. Alot of people are doing super front and ultra back to even it out a little more. Or if speed bumps are a nightmare which they will be then go lows in front and supers in back.
I had king supers with boge short shocks all round on my calais and it was pretty good but I did want just a little more in the back. But now with my super 6 calais and the same set up its a little lower because of the tank which is bigger and closer to the ground, so Im happy with the stance for that reason.
Arrr k, yeah Iv put supers in the front, just figering out the backs the hard part lol I'm thinking more supers in bak, cause a finger gap would be nice at static, I imagine it will sit a little lower when driving, also cause I tow my dirtbike around alot too, hmmmm but I would like the nice no gap lol but I don't wanna go too low
Supers could be right on the money then. I would think that in D it would also compress a little with the movement of the driveline and such. Also it would give you the leway for the trailer as well.
I'm having the same issue, not sure to go ultra or super in back. Anyone got a pic of the two to compare?
Awsome mate, sounds like the go, il have to get a camber kit as well prob, don't wanna be sredding the inside of the tyres lol wat camber system u running?
defiantly get the camber kit. but you will still shred the inside of your tire cause all the cars i have seen fitted with lowered springs still have the tires cambered in a it
def get ultra's in the back, it sits about 10-20mm below the top of the tyre, mine sits nice![]()

I have a noltec 4 point camber kit in the series 1 calais and what I suspect is a 2 point nolathane (red ranger) kit in the series 2. They are worth the money over time imo as they will help to get some extra life from the tyres depending on how you drive.
i'd get sssl's in the back or teins like mine...very happy with how they sit.
yea im looking at putting ultras in back of mine but already having trouble with tyre rubbing on the top of guard so not to sure
