gday guys, seem to have a problem with changing into second gear from FIRST.. now it changes fine about 3000rpm, but if i try to give it a bit or i try to change it a bit quickish it seems just to chrunch ( like the gear spinning noise)

Could it be my syncros? It feeels like its not engaging properly? It's a bit of a shit clutch - It is a button and I'm not really a great fan of it.
