Default Air Con/Hazard/Demist switches dont light up

    Hey
So my odometer stopped working today (found the how-to on how to fix that) but the 3 buttons havent lit up for a while now. Are these just bulbs or are the actual buttons stuffed?
    Thanks

After a while the do blow like any globe. they are little bulbs bout 2-3mm with a coloured cover over them. remove the 2 screws holding the dash surround and carefully remove the surround. this will give you access to the switchs. under each one are 2 screws which contain the bulbs, untwist half a turn and they should pull out, u can buy the bulbs from holden or any auto store, just take the globes with you so u know ur purchasing the correct ones.

u may need to solder the new bulbs in if u go aftermarket the holden ones come with the screw/twist cap thinga.

Just look at the green plastic backing on the cluster and make sure theres no breaks or cuts in it anywhere. Depending where the break is it can cause your cluster to do (or not do) certain things. Such as instrument cluster not lighting up etc.. So just make sure thats all good if you wanted to do "maintenance" as such

    Good luck
