VR/VS Trip Computer

Hey guys,

Just converted to level 3 cluster and have a trip computer as well
But just wondering the trip computer is meant to go where the coin tray is correct? Because the trip computer is bigger so does anyone have some fitting instructions? I'm guessing I have to drill through it at the back or something.

not sure what you mean, if by BCM Computer it goes under the dash on the drivers side closest to the door

The trip computer mate, with mode, set etc...

it sits in the dash to the left of your cluster... some vr's dont have trip computer so you would need to try and swap the plastic console out for a vs one, or cut your own hole out.

What The1 said. It wouldn't be too hard to figure out which wires go where, and create your own custom setup with buttons from an electronics store, but drilling out out or getting a VS surround would certainly be the easiest option.

carefully cut/drill file out the coin tray in the facia and the mode switch will slip in...worked for me

Cheers markovr, i'll either do that or grab a VS dash surround from the wreckers if there cheap enough
