    Hey guys i just brought my car the other day and have plenty of time before i get my p's so just wondering what rims u think i should put on

    Get some 87" deep dish chrome wheel's with black spokes. Seems to be the rage nowadays amongst all the kids.

    Im in the same boat as you mate.. But it all depends on what you like, everyone has different tastes, some people would buy the stock rims you have now and sell their aftermarket rims, others hate stockies (me being one). IMO Dont go dinnerplate rims (ie dolce, vault etc..) and due to the VS' having big wheel arches, dont go smaller than 18.. But as for brands, just google search some brands, or just eBay seach "wheels" or "commodore wheels" etc.. and then choose distance first to see what you can pick up in your area, some good deals on ebay.     17s are god if thats all in your price range, but imo 18s are getting cheap now, and myself going from 17s to 18s reckon they fill the guards a lot better

    I've just bought these to put on my VR ute, one needs repairing but that's sorted and i should have it back mid Jan'.

    Holden commodore SS 18" Wheels for sale - TradeMe.co.nz - New Zealand

    Even if it costs me $150 to repair it still works out really cheap for some 18's. I've got some brand new 235/40R18 tyres that i took off my BMW.
