if you can afford it 'get a big cam, ported heads and tune insteas of rockers

are you still on P plates? that will limit you to only cosmetics. if ur on ur opens, ur wallet and imagination is ur limit

Start with all the usuals if "ffs search" does not work, look into an exhaust, roller rockers, cold air intake, remove aircon for weight reduction, things like that are ussualy cheap, but otherwise, you could go all out and setup a turbo.

I have a vs ute running a duel exhaust system with 50mm pipes and no mufflers and it sounds awesome. Stuff a cannon that crap is for rice burners.
