dash and accessory lights

hey today while i was working on my vp ute (has a vs dash) i was looking forward to turning my dash and accessory's blue so i bought the slip over covers.

so today i decided ill do the shifter light 1st so i pulled it apart and slipped it over and it barely changed the color of the light i even tried doubling it over.

so i was wondering if maybe i could buy blue bulbs instead. ive tried asking at autobarn and they said they should work.

any help will be very well appreciated

it still turns green instead of blue thats why i was wondering if i could just buy blue bulbs

u Can, Pretty Sure u can get led replacements for them as well, so they'll be brighter and last longer,

i have been looking around i can find them for dash on ebay but not for the accessory's.
so if anyone could point me in the right direction will be great.

Maybe try places like Jaycat or dicksmith, they carry all types of globes and such.
