Removing Mirrors

Can someone tell me how to actually remove the glass mirrors on a VS. Is it even possible?

Ok, does anyone know how to remove the plastic bit that the mirror is in?

pretty simple job really on the inside you need to pull the air conditioner duct of the door trim pop the little plastic triangle off the back of the mirror and there's 3? screws from memory. would take all of about 15 minutes
