engine swap from vs ecotec to vr s/wagon(non ecotec)

im fitting an ecotec v6 from a vs commodore to a vr commodore s/wag whitch is not ecotec. how do i go with the lume on the ecotec engine and will the engine pipes on the ecotec engine bolt up to the standard exhaust system.also do i have to change anything to make it run.and also wiring issue at the battery area where a six pin plug joins up to a five pin plug.

Hi mate, I am doing the same engine swap, I have done the wiring changes but my motor will not start I have spark and fuel pressure but still no start, if I get some where with it I will let you know, and exhaust system dose fit.
