Shift kit question

hi my mate has a shift kit for a v8 vp gearbox. he said i could have it but not sure if it fits my car which is a vs v8. i know one is electronic shift and other is kick cable but im not sure if will work.

the kit should give you some sorta spesifications as to what its for

Will not fit your car, you have to use VR onwards. being a VP just missed out.
