VX drivers seat into VR ute?

Hi all, my mate bought a VX sedan to do a motor/box transplant into his Ford Transit. He said i can have what ever parts i want out of whats left. Had a look and there's not much i could see that i could use except maybe the drivers seat.....will it bolt into my VR ute? Also anyone have any suggestions on other bits i should grab? cheeRS
