Code 31 & troubles starting.

Okay guys, i am still having trouble starting my car, firstly i attempted to fix the inhibitor, which seemed to help, cleaned up battery terminals etc. Though it still fails to start sometimes. I'm getting Code 31 in my logs, Code 31 - Theft Deterrent Signal Missing

Does this relate to the immobiliser? And hence be maybe causing the car to fail to start?

Kurt man, i'm pretty sure its to do with the keyhead battery going flat. Which causes it not to send a signal which doesn't let the car start.

Got a spare key you can try?
