Annoying error codes

Hey everyone,

Lately my vr has been running a little abnormally...it suddenly started slipping really badly from 1st to 2nd, and it doesnt want to shift up out of second, i find if i turn the car off then on again it fixes the problem but only for a little while. I checked the error codes and came up with:

22: Throttle position sensor low voltage
26: Mass air temp sensor-unstable voltage
69: TCC (what is a TCC?) stuck on

Any and all help would be greatly aprreciated as its starting to drive me up the wall...but responsiveness is good at speed

Maybe it is the TPS gone bad as this can affect the TCC (torque converter clutch - locks the TQ solid when cruising). Has the transmission been serviced lately? I'd also clear the codes (disconnect battery for 30 secs).

yea mate the tranny was serviced about 2months ago and there was a slight fluid leak when i got it back but i took it back to my mechanic n he fixed it up. I'll clear the codes n see what comes up hopefully it is only a sensor that needs replacing....thanks for the reply
