auto rebuilds!
Hi guys does anyone know where i can buy good heavy duty kevlar clutch packs for th 4l60e transmission.
And i want to do it myself so I'm not looking for a rebuild place!

Check some of the American sites - there are plenty of them and find them by doing a Google search for "4l60e performance" or similar. They can post it out and be here in a week plus they are way way cheaper than local prices. There is also a great site for rebuilding the 4l60E with plenty of pix and plain language spoken. I just rebuilt my tramission on my vr a couple of months back,never again. I got all parts from driveline(full rebuild kit plus shift kit) .Try there, they might have the parts u need.Automatic Transmission Parts by Driveline

Guzzoline addict what did it cost you for the parts ect I have got a price list for NTP and a full rebuild plus stage 2 kit plus corvette piston and wide band it come to $922 is that about right sorry for hi jacking but while im here ill ask
Cant remember exact price, but it was something like 400 for the rebuild kit (All clutches, bearings, bushes,filter,steel 3rd/4th piston,gaskets,o-rings and band).Plus 230 or 250 for the shift kit.
