just wondering if an lsd diff out of a manual vs ute would fit straight into my vr auto sedan?? both live axles

Should do although I would be a bit suss on the panhard rod mounting point. Some utes are different compared to sedans in the way which the rod runs/sits.
it will fit but you wont be able to lower it much and it would bottom out all the time as the bump stops are raised off a ute diff and not on a sedan diff..
