Removing Side Door Strips

How can i get rid of that black rubber glueie stuff left behind?

With an attitude like that mate, your not gonna get much advice. All they were saying is fking search, its been covered before, someone has made an entire thread detailing how to do this. Get off your ass and look.

ive heared that rubbing it with your fingers works, but takes time, and gives blisters, lol. probally doesnt help but yeah,
