tenshion on manafold

i am going to be putting my intake manafold back on my car in about a week and i dont the the tenshions for the intake manafold to go on

does any one here no them ???

Hes after torque settings. For the Buick V6 its 12 Nm. I just did mine by feel because I dont have a torque wrench that goes that low.
