in the next week or so off to buy first amps and sub for the car and just got a question of where people have placed their amps in their vr-vs
bout to go buy two for sub and speakers but not sure where to go and if i should make up a new section in the boot for them. this is my plan atm will this work well and wats ur thoughts and also with vr-vs do they rattle much when bass is up???
the idea is to fill in the small top end of the boot where the floor rises as not much really is loss there and build a wall one each side leaving an open space for my sub so move into. thinking of somehow enabling the sub to be able to clip in somehow so it faces to inside of the car so when i go fishing i can pull down the seat move the sub and pt my rods through
will this work???
cheers
That placement for ur amps would work,
you could also consider a false floor in your boot and put them there, i've got mine on the top in the boot, they are semi-hidden there and have plenty of ventilation.
Sub placement can be hard due to size, i got mine nestled on the hump in the boot.
yer tats a main issue that it has to be placed in a ventilated area. like the idea of it been bolted to the roof
i mounted my amps to the side of the sub box and just mounted the box.
