Has anyone changed their passenger airbag cover?

Hey Guys,
Has anyone changed their passenger airbag cover? I really want to find an unwarped one and change it over... Mine looks like a bloody pringle lol.
Anyone know whats involved?

ive heard the complete dash has to come out.... mines warping but still looks half decent....

would also like to know if there is an easier way for them to come out

you might be able to find second hand ones that are in good nik, otherwise holden it is, but expect to pay around $200 just for the cover
