A TB is a throttlebody. The throttlebody is inbetween the plenum, and the long plastic tube that runs down to your airbox. 69mm represents the diameter of the opening, basically, a 69mm throttlebody has an enlarged opening, allowing greater flow of air. I'll grab a pic of one now.

The thing with the red '3800' is the intake manifold (laymans terms), the 'pipe' that turns is the plenum, and connected to that is the throttlebody.

The black thing on top connects to your throttle cable, so that when you press down the accelerator, a butterfly in the throttlebody opens up, allowing more airflow.

    Hope this helps.
