    Default Polyurethane bushes in pan hard rod, what grease do i use?

    pretty much whats in the title, got an adjustable pan hard rod with polyurethane bushes but came with no grease, what type should i use? cheers

    Polyurethane bushing manufacturers advise to never use a petroleum based grease for poly bushing lubrication. Polyurethane should only be lubricated with one specific type of grease to insure a long bushing life, and squeak-free performance. Silicone based synthetic water-proof grease, the white sticky stuff!

    any ideas where i would get some Silicone based synthetic water-proof grease from in adelaide, south side?
