Vr aircon not working

hey all i got a 1994 vr series 2 commodore and the aircon starts up and drops the revs on the motor but it isnt coming out cold.
it is actully comming out kinda warm and the air flow out of the vents when ac is on is kinda appaling as barly anything comes out

if anyone can plz help id be greatful

You may have sucked something up into the air intake of the heater/AC unit....you can remove the glovebox and feel around where the air goes into the unit.
You can check if the A/C is actually working by feeling both A/C pipes where they enter the bulkead - one of them should be very cold when A/C on and engine running.

i found heaps of leaves and crap in there i think ima replace the whole thing got another vr with good aircon that work perfects so ill swap the whole lot
