upping boost

hi i have a S1 vs and i put a supersix blower on it and it drives and works like a dream but i got a 12psi pully upgrade for it do i have to put a intercooler on it or it should be fine

should be fine un-intercooled, but you'll need to tune it running that much boost with no intercooler. wouldn't go over 10psi without a tune.

ive read the same , 10psi is the max without intercooler, 12psi is ment to loose more power than the 10psi cause of the extra heat.

if your running the ecotec bottom end you would probably want a cooler and a good tune because of the high comp

worst thing is the cost of a FIT or BYE intercooler plate big bucks
