vs ecu, calais and executive....the same??

hey guys would a ecu from a vs calais be suited for a series 2 vs executive?

i can get one as a spare but need to know if its suited

Yes that is fine. I have one myself.

you can always test it. It's almost nothing to get it out of the bracket it sits in, but I needed a screwdriver to pry the plugs out.

I've heard some of them are incompatible with some bcm's and it's a matter of matching up the last 3digits to something else. It's in the VS Service Manual and maybe somewhere on this site.
