should I buy police chip??

i dont no if i should buy it, its on ebay for $108 will it plug striaght in and does anything need to be done to have it put in? will it suit a berlina?

There's no such thing as a police chip. They just had the stock chip with the idle set a little higher to power their lights when they leave the car idling. And that wasn't even on all cars.

in actual fact the increased idle was ONLY vt5.0l cars as the alternator speed was sufficient on the v6 to keep charge.
EVERYTHING else has a standard tune. (some had hsv upgrades, VERY FEW)

read the ebay ad carefully "radio interference package"
the only difference is in the scan id to differentiate it from a non bt1 package on the production line.
dont bother, this bloke is a rogue.
