read on a few posts that even a stock car with a stock ecotec can pick up torque and kws with a retune... how does it work? bigger cylinder charge at any given rmo>

have cai, extractors and 2.5inch catback.. was thinking of tuning, with torque rather than kws being the goal..

what would the best way (bang for the buck) to get it be?
