    Default Time to get get a new battery

    Well my battery died today and i need to get a new one.

    pretty much just wanted to see if there is a preffered choice out there of batteries for the VS,

    anything around 500cca

    get the biggest one you can afford and the sealed type seem to be the go

    ive been using ac delco largley because my work sells them, ive had 3 of them in 3 diffrent cars my daily is now 3yrs old and still strong (touch wood)

    Im using delco as well and love the sealed type because you just about have to turn it sideways to get it in and you don`t have to add water.
    One guy on here has got a 650cca and it is the same size and will fit.
    Part number 22FR660SMF.

    I've got a 660cca 'supercharge gold' battery, had it 3 maybe 4 years and it's been awesome. also ran one in ex's vt without issue
