ecotec into vr , definate answers please

Can anybody give me a definate answer on fitting a vs ecotec engine auto into a vr auto

this is what i think i need

Vs engine with loom ,ecu bcm and key heads to fit on my key,
Vs gearbox as i believe the vr has 12 pins and the vs has 13 pins

will the vs engine mounts bolt up in the exact same spot as the vr
same goes for vs gearbox will it bolt up to the existing mount holes

is the tail shaft the exact same length on both the vr and vs

are the cooling pipe the same size bolt up on the box

is there anything else i will need or wont need
