VS door window rubbers

Hi Fellas,
I've tried searching for a thread to help me replace door window rubbers but can't find. Mine are starting to fall off and disappear inside the door. You know the rubber that sits on the inside part of car door where you usually rest your elbow when the windows down. The rubbers look similar to wiper rubbers.

Is there a thread already up which someone could redirect me to or explain to me how to replace these rubbers. Do I need to buy new rubbers or can the ones already there be refitted. I hope it's not the case but it looks like I might need to remove the whole door trim to reset the rubber/seal

I remember this being covered quite a few years ago. The easiest fix was to retrieve the rubber strip and glue it back on....however it eventually falls off again. Most people live with it.
