ok here the problem
my vs ute wont start on the first go it take me from 5 to 10 mins to start it it wont turn over its so frustrating sometimes it mite start first shot
parts i have replaced:
new injectors
fuel pump
fuel filter
fuel regulators
new air intake (had to get one anyway)
new leads and dizzie cap
new spark plugs
so thats the stuff iv replaced on it so far i just want to get it starting on the first shot so any ideas would help thanx
have you checked your starter motor, maybe the contacts are worn
was it doing the same thing before you replaced all that stuff or just since then
Are the injectors getting fuel?
Fuel pump priming with ignision on?
White 05 V6 VZ Executive - Thrashed Ex Telstra car
and 3 Dangerous non ABS VN's
my vl did the same thing (i know i got a carbie and no injection) but i replaced the coil and now it starts first pop.
also the ignition modules on these things are prone to fail, there just like the dfi modules on v6's...
most of the time if thoes moduels are stuffed it wont start,
i would replace the coil max 80 bucks or more for a good bigger one...
Given the list that you have done already. I would simply go the whole hog and change the coil and ignition modual aswell. It has to be one of them if everything else is replaced. Unless its your fuel regulator blowing off too early.
ok iv fixed the problem
it was a fkn loose wire under the relay box on the drivers side strut tower close to the battery thank god i fixed it start first shot now every time
im soon to be puting pics up soon so people can see my ute
