Default What to expect with a recon automatic trans ?

Hi guys, my car is doing the 80 klm shudder again after a decent trip the other day, I have confirmed it is the auto for sure and not a miss fire as when it started to shudder I through it back to 3 rd gear manualy and she took off, she is not throwing any codes as yet but expect it will in time.
So I would like to know what is suppose to be included in a recon auto, parts wise, warrantry & what would you think to be a fair price ?
I would like to sound like I know something about auto's when asking for a quote.

Any recommendations in the Geelong area or Melbourne would be great to.
    thanks
    Rony

I have a rebuilt auto for sale in the trading section

    FS: RVO built 4L60E & '3000' convertor

It's still in the car so you are more then welcome to come for a drive as a passenger to see it's condition.

Are you sure its not a misfire?

I had exactly the same thing on my old VS, throw it into 3rd and it goes away etc etc.

I replaced my plug leads and all solved.

It only does it after a long trip on a hot day, just replaced plugs, leads resistances are good, coils & dfi check out fine as well, I guess the only thing left is the crank angle sensor but doesn't throw any codes for the CAS, come to think of it I have read that they can play up when hot as well, it hasn't been changed in 12 years I have owned it, l so might replace that and see what gives.
