Car stuttering forwards

Hey guys, when the car is cold and is clicked over into D the car stutters and jumps forwards like it is about to stall. It doesn't always do it and i can't figure out what it is? Any ideas?

Doesn't seem to be a huge issue however.

give the transmission a service, you will prob find it will drop in to gear a lot smoother then.
