Help from anyone in/near Portland, Victoria!!!

I really need someone local to me here in Portland Vic to talk to regarding my VR Statesman. Had a range of little annoying issues not least of which is the latest which is the aircon and air vents only flow on my feet or the windscreen and not onto my face as desired.
Yes I have seen some answers to this question here already but those answers require motor knowledge which I have and an able body which sadly I do not have. I am disabled and cannot physically get my body into the positions needed to make these quick fixes and being a disability pensioner I cannot afford to go taking the car to the mechanic or auto electrician everytime something minor springs up.
I need a mate, someone who will let me sling him a few beers and a pizza and a few bucks for helping me out at times like these. Sadly most of my mates are mechanical nuff nuffs or disabled like me or older than dirt, lol, man alive!! I'm not after charity and will pay for all parts required and recompense whoever helps me out, I just need someone local to give me a hand now and again. Thanks for your time.

I'm getting an Owners Manual for my VR Stato finally, yeah baby, so at least I'll be able to diagnose problems a little easier hopefully but still need someone to assist me from time to time.
