    Default Centre Bearing

Hi all i have a VS auto ute and when you put your foot down the car vibrates.

I think its somthing to do with the tailshaft because my mates hilux did the exact same thing.

How can i fix, replace the centre bearing?

    Cheers

I'd get under first and see if you can move the tailshaft up/down/sideways....also check the universal joints are not shot. Your problem may not be the tailshaft - wear in the control arms of the back axle can also cause bad vibrations. Other causes could be bad engine mounts, particularly the rear one etc.
